Felder Great! REO & Styx way too Loud
Felder's set at the coliseum was definitely worth the trip! Several of the Eagles chart toppers were played and everyone enjoyed them. The Dirty Knobs and Mike Campbell started with an "ear blaster" which vibrated our bodies in the back of the coliseum. After a few songs, we left for drinks. Older attendees were seen in the halls. Returning after their set, we waited for Styx. The volume of their first song was as loud as Mike Campbell and The Dirty Knobs and not pleasing. The second song made us cover our ears. They improved slightly with "Babe." They introduced a new album and performed a song with percussion that vibrated our ribs. We left at that point. I attribute the issue to the control panel. I have previously enjoyed Styx concerts.
